Hello/Aloha/Hola! We are the Denning family – Mike, Chelsea, Coral (4), Reef (2) and Sunny (2 months). We live in San Diego, CA and are raising our children to speak Spanish, appreciate other cultures through travel, surf and to love the ocean! We are from Orange County originally and lived on O’ahu for 4 years, before moving back to California in 2008. We have traveled to over 30 countries on 6 continents and have surfed in almost all of those. We are also both contributors at www.theinertia.com. We want to show others the value travel can have for your family, in quality time spent together and appreciation of those around the world that are different than us. We believe there is so much to be learned from other cultures. Collect memories, not things!
